There are many quotes about nature such as let nature be your guide and your teacher. All of these are true and even more important in the stressful times we are all facing. We encourage everyone to get out and enjoy nature as much as possible. We like to hike for hours here on the west coast but even if you only have a few minutes, breath in the air nature provides and let it refresh you.

One last thought, we need to support each other and remind ourselves and others that only together are we going to move forward as a species. This means showing kindness rather than judgement and saying hello to your fellow humans that you pass when out in nature. For that matter why not greet all of the creatures you meet in nature.
