Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it has been placed? +
If you contact us immediately after placing your order we can advise you if changes can still be made. However it is of the highest importance that you review all of your order details to make sure everything from the body style, size, and billing and shipping information is all accurate before confirming your order.
I tried paying with PayPal, but I'm getting an error message. +
These are the most common reasons your PayPal transaction didn't go though:
- Your billing AND shipping addresses must be "verified" on your PayPal account.
- The credit card or bank account you are using must be "verified" on your PayPal account.
- Insufficient Funds.
- Make sure everything is spelled correctly. One typo can cause PayPal to block the transaction.
If you are still getting an error, please contact PayPal.
I am an International customer, why has my order not arrived yet? +
Due to Customs delays, international shipments can take as long as eight weeks to arrive. If your order was shipped out more than eight weeks ago and you have not received it, please contact us.
Why is there an error in processing my credit card? +
The most common issue that arises has to do with matching your billing address. As an additional security feature, the billing address you enter for your order needs to match the address your bank or card provider has on file for your account.
What methods of payment do you accept? +
We currently accept the following payment types:
- American Express
I tried paying with PayPal, but there was an error and was told to contact email@example.com. +
Often this issue is because PayPal blocks transactions with an unapproved shipping address. If you change your shipping address to match your billing address it should allow completion of your order.
How do I sign up for a wholesale account? +
To become a customer of ours please fill in the New Account form found here and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
How do I care for my tee shirt? +
We recommend washing in cold water - alone or with like colors, making sure to avoid bleach. Dry in either a tumble dryer or flat, not hung as the weight of the water will cause the cotton to stretch.
How do I know if I’m ordering an adult, womens or a kid sized shirt? +
All of our shirts have the word “Youth” “Child” “Adult” or “Women’s” displayed in the description.
What happens if one of the items in my order becomes out of stock and cannot be filled? +
We strive to ensure product availability on our website, however, if we are unable to fulfill any part of your order we will contact you to see about replacing it with a different design. If you choose to cancel your order you will be issued a refund for the cost of merchandise that you paid, back to the original method of payment. Be advised that it can take a few days to a week for the funds to reflect back in your account once processed.
FAQ: Custom Screen Printing
If you have an image or would like us to create a design to put on a t-shirt and/or other garments our wholesale department offers this option at catalogue pricing (no set ups or art charges) for a minimum 144 piece order (can be mixed sizes, styles and colour of garment). We can provide a customized service for less than 144 pieces, however pricing would vary and set ups and art charges would apply – contact customer service for more info.
What do you need from me to start my custom order? +
- The type of shirt you’d like to print on, sizes and quantity
- Your artwork and where you’d like the design to printed or embroidered on the shirt
- Your due date
What is your turn-around for custom orders? How long will it take to get my custom order? +
Generally, it takes up to 14 business days to print your order from the day of approval. If you need your goods sooner, however, we can usually work something out. If you need your shirts immediately, rush charges may apply. See shipping FAQ.
